Belly up to the bar

Affectionately called the J House by locals, our full length bar serves up a good selection of Niagara wines, craft beer on tap as well as your heart’s desire from our fully stocked bar. You won’t miss the biggest sporting events with our large-screen TVs. And someone is always up for a game of pool.

Need to refuel?

Our popular grill menu has what it takes for a come as you are lunch or dinner. We’ve got a big selection of in-house made soups and salads, burgers and sandwiches, sharing plates and mains. Enjoy a summer day on our outdoor patio area, or in colder weather get closer to the enormous fireplace.

Live Music on Weekends

The Jordan House features the best live pub music in the Twenty Valley. Our band line up is peppered with local favourites playing folk, jazz, classic rock and country. Check our calendar and get there early. Grab a table before the band brings it – 9:00pm on Friday and Saturday nights.

There has been a roadhouse on this site since 1844 and it has hosted everything from church services to vigilante meetings in its history.

The most recent renovation incorporated original beams and the fireplace is built from fieldstones that were once a part of the Jordan House cellar. The old place is gone but far from forgotten and the same spirit of inclusiveness and casual welcome still remains.
